Nancy Lacey has been a trusted real estate professional since 2015, serving clients in Alexandria City and throughout Northern Virginia. A lifelong Alexandrian and proud TC Williams High School graduate, Nancy grew up in a Navy family with a mother who built a career in the U.S. Government. Her family’s frequent moves gave her a deep appreciation for the challenges, timelines, and emotional weight that often accompany military and government life.

Before entering real estate, Nancy spent many years in corporate America and working with law firms in Washington, DC. That experience shaped her disciplined, detail-driven approach and her ability to guide clients through complex, high-stakes decisions. In the fall of 2025, after more than a decade in the industry, Nancy launched her own boutique real estate practice while continuing her work with Corcoran McEnearney. This allows her to provide focused, strategic, and highly personalized service to every client.

Nancy works extensively with clients relocating for government, military, and legal careers, as well as long-time Northern Virginia residents who want thoughtful guidance from someone who truly understands the market. She also brings significant experience working with first-time homebuyers, families upsizing, and clients transitioning into retirement or downsizing, helping them move forward with clarity and confidence.

A graduate of James Madison University, Nancy and her husband, Tom, raised their four children in Alexandria and currently reside in Rosemont.
